About me:
I started playing piano at the age of 5. After completing 16
years of academic music education I received a degree of
Bachelor of Music with honors in piano performance and
pedagogy from Odessa Music College (USSR) with qualification
of a concertmaster and piano instructor. I have taught piano
at Music Schools and privately in Odessa, New York and New
Jersey since 1990.
Location:
My studio is located in Cranford, Central New Jersey ( Union
County)
Experience:
-
I have been teaching piano
performance and theory for the past 17 years.
-
My students range in age from 5 to
55, beginners through advanced level.
-
My teaching style combines Russian
and American methods of piano school.
-
I concentrate on correct piano
technique, performance, sight-reading, knowledge of
theory and musical history for advanced students.
-
My style is flexible, I am very
patient and inspire all my students to practice and play
the piano to the best of their abilities.
-
I bring a lot of humor and fun into
lesson and teach my students to see colors, imagine the
stories behind each piece and just love for music they
are creating!!
