As a piano teacher I am qualified to teach a wide variety of piano students and styles. I received a Master's degree in Piano and Jazz Studies from Indiana University, the nation's top music school, and have taught beginning students as young as four years old, school age children, adolescents and adults (up to age 83) at various levels. I teach traditional and classical piano, jazz, rock and popular music.

Not only a music teacher, I also play piano on the weekends at a Five Star restaurant piano bar in Greensboro. As an active performer I am able to serve as a real life example and inspiration to students of the possibilities of their own potential. I also continue to learn and grow as a pianist along with my students.

I am known for my patience, musical knowledge, and desire to make piano a permanent source of joy and comfort in the lives of students. I have a very loyal and stable studio.
