My name is Loretta Lanphier and I teach private piano and theory. The name of my studio is Lanphier Studio of Music and is located in Baytown, Texas which is 25 miles east of Houston. I have taught piano for 20+ years and studied at Bob Jones University, Greenville, South Carolina. Lessons are offered to beginning students through adult. I am also a member of the San Jacinto Music Teachers Association where I have held the jobs of Student Affiliate Chairman and President (currently). I am also a member of TMTA and MTNA.
I teach using the latest in method books and also offer classical and sacred (gospel, praise & worship) music. Students must have a piano to practice on (keyboards are acceptable for the 1st year only).
