Fredrick Pritchard
is a graduate of the Royal Conservatory of
Music, Western Ontario Conservatory, and the
Associated Board of the Royal Schools of
Music, England. As a performer, he is
well-experienced, both on the Classical
Concert Stage and as a Nightclub
Entertainer. As a composer, he explores
fresh harmonies through several genres. He
is also an experienced Conservatory Examiner
and Music Festival Adjudicator. However,
Mr. Pritchard's first love
is guiding others along the enjoyable path
of making music at the piano. His approach
is friendly and encouraging, and his methods
are inspiring and innovative. He has
authored a piano beginners' series, but
teaches all levels. Having trained numerous
professional performers, composers and
teachers, his many years of experience will
ensure that you get the most from your
lessons! His goal is to provide you with the
skills necessary to enjoy a lifetime of
music-making. As well as offering
traditional piano instruction (in
preparation for RCM exams), Mr.
Pritchard offers guidance in more
creative areas, such as Improvisation and
Composition. Styles offered include
classical, jazz, blues, ragtime, and more.
