Benjamin
Epstein has a master's degree in piano performance
and pursued doctoral studies at USC; he taught piano
classes for non-majors at USC and at Orange Coast
College. He is the editor of Performances,
the program magazine for major performing arts
organizations including the Los Angeles
Philharmonic, L.A. Opera and Los Angeles Master
Chorale. He previously wrote concert reviews for the
Los Angeles Times and was founding classical music
columnist for its Orange County edition. He teaches
in the Newport Beach/Costa Mesa area; he enjoys
working with children and has four of his own.
Free introductory lesson. Rates are $30 for
half-hour lessons; $40 for 45-minute lessons; $50
for one-hour lessons (or two half-hour lessons in a
household).
