Belinda Bell, M.M.
Ms. Bell has been teaching
piano to children and young people
for 18 years. She received her Masters of Music in Piano
Performance at the Conservatory of Music, University of Missouri-
Kansas City in 1988. From there, she continued the study of music
education and child development at Temple University with renowned music
educator and researcher, Dr. Edwin Gordon, where she received a
Music Teaching Certificate for Grades K-12. She has also continued
piano
study for the past 10 years with Eleanor Hancock in New York, a
faculty member of the Dorothy Taubman Institute of Piano. Since
1992, she taught elementary general music in East Brunswick, NJ and is
presently offering private piano instruction to students at all levels
of
ability. Her approach to piano instruction focuses on the childıs
individual progression through the various stages of musical
development.
