I am a Franco-Spanish pianist who lives in London. I am a Registered Private Teacher and a member of EPTA (European Piano Teachers' Association) and of ISSTIP (International Socieety for the Study of Tension in Performance.) I studied in Paris, at the "Ecole Normale de Musique Alfred Cortot" and in London, with Maria Curcio and in Moskow, with E. G. Ginsburg. I obtained a "Piano Teaching Diploma" (with honours) at the Conservatoire in Bilbao (Spain), in 1978. I have given a number of recitals in France (Salle M. Ravel, in Paris), in Spain (Fundacion Juan March, in Madrid and Ateneo de Madrid), in Italy (Avezzano's Festival) and lunch-times concerts in London. I teach children and motivated adults, all levels to grade 8. I also enjoy teaching beginners and students who don't want to take any exams. Exams are not for everybody and my aim is not to have students doing exams, but students enjoying and loving music: playing 4 h! ands, going to concerts, trying new pieces on their own, practicing during the summer, etc. I speak 5 languages fluently and can teach in English, French, Spanish, Italian and German. I travel to the students' homes ( Ealing and London zones 1 & 2 only.)
